Definitions:

Well.come: refers to the company Target Services

Well.come website: refers to the website accessible at the following link: wellcome.host

User: refers to any person hosted (hereinafter referred to as Users) at the accommodation from which Well.Come receives personal data.

Accommodation facility: refers to the accommodation facility that sent you the link.

Service Content: refers to the elements of the service provider’s page provided to Well.come with their authorisation such as prices for services (catering, leisure and tourism activities), how and when they are booked and provided.

Well.come, as the Data Controller, wishes, by means of this notice, to provide you with information regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller of the personal data collected is Well.come, registered office Fahrenort 121 b, 22547 Hamburg, target.services@web.de to which you may apply in order to exercise your rights.

2. CATEGORIES OF DATA OBTAINED FROM PARTIES OTHER THAN THE DATA SUBJECT

For the pursuit of the purposes described below, Well.come processes the following categories of personal data relating to you obtained from third parties 

1. personal data such as name, surname, date of birth, telephone contact and email address.

3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data being processed have been collected from the hotel structure and are processed in compliance with the law and with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity carried out by Well.come or by persons appointed by Well.come and are processed only for purposes strictly related to the booking and use of the services offered by Well.come.

The following are the purposes of the personal data processing carried out by Well.come:

1. Access to the platform
2. Viewing the Services offered by Well.come’s partners
3. Booking requests to the services offered by Well.come’s partners
4. Use of the services themselves

Pursuant to Articles 13(3) and 14(4) of the EU Regulation 679/2016, if the data controller intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than the one for which it was collected, it shall, prior to such further processing, provide the data subject with information regarding that other purpose and any further relevant information.

All services, including their prices, features, booking and use, referring to third party providers displayed on the Well.Come Site are provided for information and convenience only.

In no event does Well.come guarantee the accuracy of such information.

The Well.come Site may contain links to sites operated by third parties. These links are for your information only. Well.come does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies or other practices on such sites. The display of links to such sites does not constitute an endorsement of the elements on those sites or an association with the publishers of those sites. It is your responsibility to make such checks as you feel necessary or appropriate before using these sites or entering into a transaction with any of them.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area is in any case excluded.

5. PROCESSING METHODS AND STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and are acquired and stored with the aid of instruments, including electronic instruments, suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality in accordance with the methods provided for by the laws and regulations in force.

The personal data processed are adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; they are accurate and, if necessary, they are updated.

Personal data will be stored according to the following timeframe

1. 1 month for the User who receives the privacy policy and communication regarding the services offered by Well.Come without accessing them;
2. 1 year for the User who receives the privacy policy and communication relating to the services offered by Well.Come with access to the platform;
3. 2 years for the User who receives the privacy policy and communication relating to the services offered by Well.Come with access to the platform and booking at least one of them.

The terms set out above run:

In case a) from the date of receipt of the privacy policy and the communication relating to the services offered by Well.come;
In case b) from the date of the last access to the platform;
In case c) from the date of the last booking made.

At the end of the above-mentioned periods, the data will be deleted from the system.

Data processing is normally carried out at the Target Services company headquarters, by staff or external collaborators duly designated as data processors. The full list of data processors and persons in charge of the processing of personal data can be obtained by sending a request to the email address target.services@web.de.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 13 GDPR, each User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

In particular, the data subject has the right to obtain from Robert Weist indications regarding:

• origin of the personal data;
• purposes and methods of processing;
• logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/informatic instruments;
• identification details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative;
• subjects and categories to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.

The data subject also has the right to obtain from Robert Weist:

• the updating, rectification or integration of their data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law;
• access to one’s own data, i.e. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed;
• the restriction of processing,
• data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data concerning him/her in a structured format;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection. In particular, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending information regarding the services offered by the Well.come website. Such requests should be sent by e-mail to target.services@web.de.

7. UPDATES AND CHANGES

Target Services reserves the right to amend, supplement or update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable legislation or measures adopted by the Data Protection Authority.

The aforementioned amendments or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties by means of a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the interested parties by e-mail.
